b. While we aim for uninterrupted service, the AI system, powered by OpenAI and any 3rd party integration we may use, may not always be available 24/7 due to maintenance or unforeseen disruptions.

3. Limitations and Disclaimers:

a. The AI system is under continuous development. Consequently, the accuracy of its responses can vary, and we cannot guarantee that every answer will be correct or relevant.

b. Although the AI system has information about your property, there might be instances where this information is not accessible. The AI might not always grasp or convey the intended context based on the user query.
